  • 8 large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 4 slices cold-smoked trout<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 120g goat cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 20 cl cooking cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 bunch dill<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Salt, black pepper, and truffle oil (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    METHOD<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Prepare the ingredients<\/strong>:
    Slice the cold-smoked trout into strips, saving 4 strips for decoration. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Warm the cream:<\/strong>
    In a saucepan, heat the cooking cream with the goat cheese cubes over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Assemble the portions:<\/strong>
    Divide the trout strips and cream into 4 ramekins. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin, and season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Baking:<\/strong>
    Bake the ramekins in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C for 12-15 minutes, until the egg whites are set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Serve<\/strong>
    Garnish the ramekins with the reserved trout strips, sprigs of dill, and, if desired, a bit of black pepper and salt. Serve with toast and a few drops of truffle oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
